Dogs are famously known to be a mans best friend. I could not agree more, having three dogs myself. When well taken care of, can truly be a great joy. The feeling of coming home knowing that someone is there waiting to see you, and will welcome you with lots of kisses and a tail that just can not help but wag out of excitement, can not be compared. There is nothing like it. There are many breeds of dogs to choose from, some more compatible for certain types of people and their preferences more than others. You have to do proper research before getting a dog to avoid disappointment. See if you are compatible with a miniature schnauzer Vancouver.

Originally hailing from the majestic country of Germany, mini schnauzers have made their way into becoming one of the most popular breeds all over the world. In fact, in the U. S. Alone, they have consistently stayed on top of the popularity rankings. Many dog lovers have this as their favorite breed.

Be careful when you look at them, you might want to buy a puppy right then and there. They have this cute mustache that hangs around their nose, and an angry expression on their face that is always there. Their hobbies include bouncing everywhere, looking silly while they do, you can not help but laugh. You can probably tell from their name, they are quite small in size.

They love to bounce around and they bark really loudly. Do not be fooled by their adorable snouts, for they actually are one of the smartest breeds. Famous dog trainer, George, admits that he loves working with them. He says that they love to get things done, and is very easily trained.

Another thing you should not underestimate about them is their ears. They have large capabilities of hearing, though not obvious. Therefore, they make excellent guard dogs. People who live on the farm love to pair them with German shepherds because they work together so well.

Anna, a long time dog lover, has tried taking care of many types of breeds throughout her life, but says mini schnauzers are her favorite. She recalls a time when she would get sad, her schnauzer that she named Troy, comes up to comfort her and gives her a very comforting cuddle session. She also mentions that Troy gets along with everyone in her family and friends, though it may take time for him to trust them when they first meet.

They can easily adapt to any environment as well, whether that is a large house with a wide backyard, or a tiny studio apartment. Just make sure to give them the right amount of exercise so they do not become bored, or they might become destructive, and nobody wants that.

For grooming, their fur has to be maintained regularly. Make sure to bring them to a groomer for a haircut every eight weeks or so. It is also highly recommended you brush them thoroughly daily to avoid matting in their fur. When they get old, watch out for heart or eye complications.

Dogs, when taken care of and trained correctly and timely, can provide you happiness for a very long time. What people often forget is that getting one is a huge commitment. In the case that you that you are not ready yet, save yourself the hassle and wait until you are.
