Find Out More About Goldendoodle Puppies

By Scott Fisher

Having a dog is something you should not miss. This great experience is highly recommendable for anyone, especially for children. Dogs are amazing creatures, loyal and devoted to their owners, friendly and sincere. Some people prefer pure breeds, while others don't care about dog shows and competitions. Anyway, Goldendoodle puppies are simply adorable.

This interesting cross-breed between two widely known popular breeds, golden retrievers and Poodles really deserves your attention. There are three different sizes, small, large and miniature, depending on the Poodle variety used. Puppies are really beautiful, they come in various colors and have numerous great qualities.

Both Poodles and Golden retrievers are extremely clever, and these puppies bear all the most wanted qualities of both breeds. They are really intelligent, they shed very little, they have nice manners and good nature. And yes, they look great. When it comes to shedding, this is something that will be interesting to people suffering from allergies. Less shedding means less allergies.

Every puppy is adorable, and it is hard to say no to him. Even so, early socialization and basic training are really important things, and should not be neglected. Dogs need to have a pack hierarchy in their life. This means that they need a pack leader, and this should be your main role in your dog's life. Your dog has to understand that no means no, every single time.

If this is your first dog, it might look difficult at first, but it really is not. Make some rules, and stick to them. The hard part is to look in those adorable eyes and to say no anyway. Remember, your dog needs to know he should not chew your furniture. And that you will not tolerate him barking on your TV set. If you don't teach him that, you will have to live with this, it's your choice.

Your dog needs to be active, to spend his energy outside every day. This is really important for his physical and mental health. By the way, he will behave much better if he spends this energy. Fenced yard would be great, but if you don't have one, take a walk. It is really healthy activity for both of you, and you will find maybe half an hour to spare once a day.

When it comes to grooming, the best thing you can do is to clip the coat. After that, an occasional brush will be enough to keep it tidy. The hair is wavy to curly, up to three inches long, and it requires more care if kept in its natural state. An occasional bath and nail clipping and ear checking will make sure your pet is perfectly clean.

Feeding your dog with anything other than dog food is irresponsible. Spiced food and chocolate are highly dangerous for dogs. Good quality dog food, occasional dog treats and maybe a small piece of fruits now and then, and that's it. The food should be divided into two small meals, not given at once.
